Biography

Wendy holds a BA in English Literature and History of Art from the University of Leicester and a Master of Studies in Building History from the University of Cambridge. She has been an adviser on cultural policy and advocacy for organisations including Arts Council England, Heritage Lottery Fund, the National Trust and the BBC Trust.
