Biography

Nigel Meager completed a Masters by Research degree in Education at the University of East Anglia in 2013. In 1985 he was awarded a Master of Fine Art from University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Nigel has many years experience as an artist, teacher and teacher educator in the UK. He has pubished a number of books which support generalist teachers who teach art in primary schools. Nigel is the editor of the Pedagogy Volume of the International Encyclopedia of Art and Design Education to be published by Wiley-Blackwell in  2017.
