Biography

I graduated with a BA in History from UCL, and then came to Cambridge to complete an MPhil in Modern European History. My PhD is a study of the intersection of politics, public finance and military planning covering the periodĀ from the establishment of Napoleon's dictatorship to the Crimean War.
