Title of Thesis: The assignment of grammatical gender in German


I graduated from Newcastle University with a first class BA (Hons) in Modern Languages (German and Spanish) and Linguistics in 2012 and an MA in Linguistics (with distinction) in 2013. I then spent a year working as an EFL teacher before moving to Berlin, where I worked on a research project at Humboldt University which was fully funded by the Study Foundation of the Berlin House of Representatives.
