Cambridge AHRC Doctoral Training Partnership - Student Profiles

Biography

I did my undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Theology at Oxford, and following this I studied for a Masters in Philosophy at Sheffield. I focused predominantly on ethics, and did some work on the implications of our concepts of moral understanding for the value of moral testimony and expertise during my Masters which I will build upon in my research. My Masters dissertation was on the concept and role of love in Iris Murdoch's philosophical work.
