Biography:

I did my undergraduate degree (a BA in English Studies) at the University of Alicante (Spain). At the final stages of my BA, I decided I wanted to specialise in the medieval period, adopting a philological approach to the study of the English language. In 2016 I moved to Cambridge and studied the MPhil in Linguistics, graduating with Distinction in June. During my MPhil, I concentrated on Middle English Philology and medieval multilingualism, areas on which I am continuing working as a PhD student. My thesis aims to explore the multilingual make-up of unedited manuscripts produced in late medieval England.
